new site, new blog

Well so finally the new site is up. it looks good, but i hope our forum come back... i lived there. It's a shame we lost all our posts too, but i guess it's a chance to begin again... scrub out all that post-whoring!!!

i officially miss the snow, and am horribly awfully terribly jealous of all those aussies heading overseas for a northern winter. I am trying to console myself with the fact that I will be one of them next year... but it's also kinda depressing, cos i'll be trying to save money, so i somehow doubt whether i'll get to ride much during our '06 season. grrr. now i'm making myself depressed.

ok other crap stuff:
-i'm sick, although today i sound alot worse than i feel, whereas yesterday i felt alot worse than i sounded. I just never seem to be able to get this shi*t sorted out.
-i'm trying to give up caffeine. it's not working too well. it lasted about 4 days of chai lattes and water instead of coffee and diet coke. today i've had two coffees and a diet coke. so i guess i should jsut give up now. heh heh.
-my car rego still hasn't been paid. it's about 2 months overdue.thus i'm driving around in an unregistered and uninsured car. I think i might just pull the 600 bucks from my ass to pay for it.

good stuff:
-on saturday i'm going to earthcore to dance the weekend away. very much looking forward to it.
-i have monday and tuesday off work. i applied for it over 2 months ago... nothing gets me more excited than the prospect of doing ABSOLUTELY nothing... i think i'll actually need to do less than nothing to recover from the weekend, but well.. i'll cross that bridge when i come to it.

i hope it doesn't rain this weekend. but i'm doing a snowdance for all of you my friends overseas.

	T, do you like the new site? Sucks that I had to change my username cause I once logged into sb, but whatever! So how have you been? I just spent the weekend in Zurich- honestly, how soon can I move there? Have to send you pics of the place, it's amazing! Still nannying, love my kids- they have personality plus! Always something amusing to say- ie the oldest one telling me he had an infected hairy bollicle - turns out it was an ingrown hair follicle! Gave me a bloody fright! 	Dude, that sucks about your car! Hope it's all good. Wasn't thinking of coming home for awhile, but am currently unemployed and poor in Vancouver, so have set a deadline. If I don't have a job by next Friday, I will head home to work for a while longer. But I don't want to!!
