Anyone else here ski at Blue? i went up on the 9th... 9 runs open w00t!! got the 5x7 season pass for $149... you can't beat that!! hope to be going alot this winter

Hi there, I've had a 5 x 7 for the past couple years but opted out this year because I wasn't very impressed with Blue last season. It seems to me that they've decided to focus more on building condos then on the condition of their hills. I spoke with a lot of pass holders last year that said that they wouldn't be getting ones this year because of how poorly managed things are becoming up there. I will definitely ski up there at least once or twice this year just to see if things have changed. I know Blue is probably the best place to ski in Ontario but since they've been purchased by Intrawest a lot of people have seen a decline in their customer service and that attention to detail that they used to have. Anyhoo just my $0.02. I hope you have a great season up at Blue and you don't run into the same problems I did. j...hutch :)

why has that expansion area just been sitting used for like 2 years?

i ski their alot good stuff.

because someone forgot about the chairlift being pretty crusial. but seriously...wish i knew.
