i usually listen to metal and rock and all that shit, but lately iv heard some pretty sweet hip hop going around thats not gangster "im so fly, gunna busta cap, murda murda" shit. i also hate that black eye pees pop shit, so question is, who knows of some groups or w/e that are just chillin hip hop, id apreciate it.

if ur lookin for some mellow hip hop look into the gym class heroes, lordz of brroklyn isnt to bad either. i caught the same bug as u a lil while ago. i moved on to ska now though :)

demigodz, def jux, both labels have tons of good artists. sage francis, atmosphere, typical cats. there is millions of GOOD hip hop, nothing you would ever see on much music, none of that g unit think they are gangster shit.
