Speaking of wicked, my ride yesterday wasn't. Haha. Two flats on one run, and I only had one tube, so that ended in a 2km walk down the road on Whistler. Ah well, the first one wasn't my fault, but the second one was. That said, the mountain bike park still rules, and the Crankworx slopestyle this weekend is going to be insane! We'll be sure to get lots of pictures for the new site that you can all check out.

And you thought there was no such thing as too much snow! Mount Baker has received almost 10 feet of snow in the last week. So much snow that they’ve had to close until Wednesday January 18th for Avalanche control. That’s more snow all at once than ever recorded at Baker, which is saying a lot since Baker is legendary for its epic powder.

Psssst…
I have a condo in Osoyoos which means you're half an hour from "Okanagan Powder" at Mount Baldy a.k.a. the new Silver Star. The Glorious Mt. Baldy was just recently bought by the company that developed Big White and Whistler. Which thankfully means it is and won’t be for a long time overflowing with bus loads of Asian tourists with their distracting florescent one piece ski suits and flashing cameras.
Moving on: I hide away there most of the winter there, eating Kraft Dinner and playing Monopoly with bird. If you're nice to me maybe I’ll let you come join me. It would be loads of fun. We could get breakfast at Denny's then ride all day. Ohh and maybe if we're feeling up to it we can hit up some local Osoyoos hangouts and show them how we Lower-mainlanders rock.
Anyways, promote Baldy.
Oh it shall be fun.

Well, my season is over. Just had a wet and foggy, but great weekend at Stratton. Was sad leaving. I guess its about time to dust off the Mt. Bike and get my kicks that way.
