My Blog: The Sofa Store

The Sofa Store,

Walking down the main street of wick was a small 12 inch high lepoard he was wearing a green jumper, blue trousers, a shiney pink jackey, a human sized glove on his head and a peace symbol around his neck, he was half way down the street when he came across a shop that sold sofas, There was a massive sign in the window that said half of for anyone over the age of 90, he though "well im 89 i could pass as 90" so he went up to the clerk who was a 6 foot tall giraff wearing a kilt and a balaclava, the lepoard squinted at the giraff and the giraff squinted at the leporad the said in unisun "What the f*ck are you?" the lepoard says "aren't you supposed to be a human" and the giraff said "well i was once but i met this man at the bingo that said that for a tenner he could turn me into any animal i wanted, so without thinking about the consequences i siad "ok i wanna be a giraff" and then poof i was a giraff i was so amazed I started running about when i got back to where the man was he was gone i though oh shi*t how will i get back to being a human, and then i noticed that the tenner was still on the table so it was a win win situation. The lepoard look at him like he wanted to say nigga is yo crazy?, then said "that still does'nt explain how you came to get a job in a sofa store or why you're wearing that ridiculos get-up". Well that was the hard part everybody took some convinsing that i was me, i was about to get ran out of town when i had an ingeneous idea. I decided to break into my house, go into my wardrobe and get out last years halloween costume, so i got it and went into the back garden and put it on, which by the way wasn't an easy task without any apposable thumbs, i put it on and started dancing a dance that i had done at the same halloween party i had worn the costume to, my wife looked out the window and realised it was me, "so i wear this ridiculos get - up as you so bluntly put it so people know its me. The lepoard looked at the giraff and said "i only came in to buy a sofa at half price and i have just had the single most wierdest day of my life" and i hope by reading this story you have too!

The Mayhem Returns to Seattle

I'm having a hard time deciding on a costume this year (weird sidestory, I had decided on one yesterday, then I talked to my brother and he had decided on the same thing. It was really freaky as we haven't talked and he lives in another town). So I've come up with a few ideas and I need your help choosing. Feel free to add more ideas!

hey there one and all!! now that i've had my coffee and i'm halfway into my day, i'm a bit more chipper!

now, i'm sure over the next week i'll change this around, but might as well talk about st. paddy's day. one of my favourite days of the year! the only one i like better would be halloween. gotta love those girls dressing up in their "costumes" and getting drunk.

its funny... people here at work know how i feel about st.paddy's day so they gave me the day off so i can celebrate... and they gave me the day afterwards off, so i can celebrate it right! the only problem i have, is that my friend is holding a stag and doe on that evening! what is he thinking!? i told him i will be there, but no way would i be able to help him out in any way... i'll be drinking all day long and getting a cab there later on...

this will be one to remember.

My Journal: attempting rails -finally

Up until yesterday, I've been totally spooked about going on rails. I never had any major accident or personal bad experience with them, but I have seen pics and witnessed plenty of carnage resulting from others trying them. Yesterday, I had what I needed to- someone to encourage and coax me to do it, and witness if I biffed - I mean hey, if you do get screwed and break something, always more fun to have a witness to share the horror stories with, and if you do it right, same thing. I bailed out of the idea of doing a kinked rail, but then fell in love with my "new toy" - a C-rail. I always thought a c-rail would be a bit tough, but I personally thought it was the best time I had ever had. Would do it, hike back up and go at it again several times. I think the park rat inside me is starting to emerge this year.
I'm very flexible (that is probably well evidenced by the pic of me in the cow costume for halloween 2004 in my image gallaery I need to update)

Combined flexibility with the already riding ability, now all I need to do is really gather the "balls" to go for it! (okay, okay, so I'm female I don't have those). Hopefully soon I get some pics of my new favorite hobby on the slopes, the c-rail

i cant figure out why people keep sending the stupidest chain letters around. i get like 5 a day saying if i dont' send this to 25 people then my msn will be deleted or if i send this email out in the next 8 seconds bill gates will send me 1000$ or whatever...why are people so dumb that they keep sending these around...and if i get another email about kittens and puppies cuddling or animals dressed up in halloween costumes i think i might jsut barf.
