More then half way through the season already. I've been ski touring a lot from the resort and once in Rogers pass and I have to say that this has been one of the best season I've had in what regards fresh faces to ski! Haven't been working for the last couple months so I guess that helps to the whole "Boo-ya, what a great season" thing!!!
Ski and enjoy!

Finaly established in Golden, BC. The resort is unfortunately not walking distance from the town but the comments about the skiing seem to be, in majority, awesome. Now I just have to sit and look by my window, waiting for the snow flakes to start covering the town so I can head up there to test the terrain!
Anybody coming up here to ski let me know :o)
After a long month and a half of work in Québec, I'm heading east to the coast then back here and fly to Calgary to see the rockies and the coast mountains again. I'll be looking around for campsites and DH tracks ;o) Hook me up!
So the ski season in Japan is almost totally over now. Had the best powder days of my life here and learnt a lot. Heading back to Qc land for a couple months before, hopefully, going across Canada to see a little bit of land.
So, I finally moved to Niseko ski resort in early december and found a job and a place to stay really quickly (luckily). It`s been snowing, in average, about 7 days a week! The snow is so light you can barely notice it when it hits your chest. I mean, I wish Japanese people would share with the rest of the world instead of keeping all the good snow for itself!! Oh yeah, good times!!! :o)

After spending a year with the frenchies in Chamonix, I'm back in Quebec for a month or so. Then heading up west again for another year. If you get a chance to go ski in the alps (Swiss, Italien, Austrian, French or wathever), DO IT!!

It snowed about 30cm at the top of the "aiguille du midi" in the last couple of days and all the peaks are covered with snow now. There's even snow down to the tree line now (1000m from the village). Yeah Yeah Yeah
Just got back from Grenoble, Colmar and Strasbourg to visit some friends. Strasbourg is a beautiful city, just amazing! Grenoble has a lot of students and moutains all around it and Colmar is full of old people and few students! I went to Karlsrut in Germany and Bale in Switzerland as well. Two awesome places that I don't understand a word of what they are saying. Next destinations before the season starts: Italy and Spain.

Leaving Whistler in 2 days. That means 2 big nights out and 2 long days of packing left! Going to Victoria for the week-end, which should be fun, and then back to Vancouver to catch my flight on Monday AM.

Okay, I think it's time for more snow now!
