Monday was our City Championships (TDCAA) for Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We arrived early only to realize the hill was too icy to ski. With two hours of grooming later, the mountain was open, and we slipped the course. An hour later racers started down the GS course. One guy fell face first out of the gates, and a few kids missed gates. My best time was 39:48, with my four other teammates finishing in 41, 42, and 43 seconds. The winner of the competition blew us away! But we still had fun.... Newman finished 3rd but didn't qualify for Provincials (OFSAA). Good luck next year boys! GIVER!
